I found it made sense to my ADHD brain, and actually seemed somewhat ADHD friendly. I also like that it doesn't require you to be perfect to see results. I do think the first and the second half of the book are remarkably similar to each other, but I'm hoping to see good results. I'm halfway through week 2, so I still have a ways to go.
